Terms & conditions (Self Drive)
- A Credit Card guarantee to be given by the renter at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle
- The renter is required to obtain a Police Report incase of any accident and pay the following charges in addition to the rental charge:
- Compulsory insurance excess of maximum OMR 75.000 for each accident
- Towing charges in excess of OMR 100.000 for each accident
- Any penalty levied by Royal Oman Police for each accident
- The renter will be responsible for any traffic violation fines like overspeed, wrong parking etc. druing the currency of the rental. Any scuh amount will be charged to the credit card of the renter along with a surcharge of OMR 5.000
- Comprehensive insurance covers all accidental damages to the vehicle with the support of a Police Accident Report, except mechanical damages due to misuse and under-chassis damages including tyres, tubes, bulbs and electrical items. Renter shall be liable to pay all charges for repairs and maintenance resulted due to misuse or negligence of the driver. Damage to windscreen, windows, door mirrors and antenna shall also be borne by the renter.
- Any damage caused to tyres and/or wheel rims due to the misuse/negligence of the driver, other than normal wear and tear, the cost of such repairs/replacements shall be borne by the renter.
